Take a Student to the Arden Theatre - March 7
UrbanPromise presents an evening of community, culture and fun "Take a Student to the Theatre."
Philadelphia’s historic Arden Theatre has graciously offered our youth and donors—yes, that means you!—the opportunity to attend a performance of the play Cyrano, the night before it's released to the public.
The most legendary nose in literature gets a makeover with this American adaptation of the French classic Cyrano de Bergerac. Embarrassed by his large nose, Cyrano, a romantic poet/soldier, attempts to romance the beautiful Roxane in this humorous portrayal.
And everyone is invited! You may have visited the UrbanPromise campus or attended our events, but haven’t had the chance to meet all the great people - staff, teens and kids who make up UrbanPromise. Now’s your chance!
With every ticket purchased you will also sponsor a student to attend Cyrano that night!
We encourage you to bring a family member, friend or co-worker to enjoy the show with us. It's a fun way to introduce someone new to the work of UrbanPromise.
Cyrano is appropriate for 6th grade students and older, so if you have children over the age of 10, this is also a wonderful opportunity for them to meet the children and teens you support.
All money raised will help send an AfterSchool Program child on an educational spring break trip.

$20 per tickets ($10 for you, $10 underwrites a student's ticket) All tickets are will call and will be held at the door under the payee's name. Additional donations to spring break trips are greatly appreciated.
